Skye Penfold
Counsellor
Skye is a mental health professional who began her career working in the public mental health system helping people with chronic and acute mental illness, often coupled with drug and alcohol use. She found that people were able to achieve their best outcomes when they had a team around them all working together.
She now has two neurodivergent teenagers of her own, and has developed a passion for helping kids and their families recognise their own strengths and how best to use these strengths to realise their dreams and navigate their way through the world.
Skye has many family members and friends who are neurodivergent and thinks that if everyone thought the same way, the world would be a very dull and backward place!
Skye works with all age groups. She specialises in all things autism and ADHD including school issues, emotional regulation, autistic burnout, celebrating neurodivergent strengths, PDA, depression, anxiety, and more.
Skye works Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Stephanie Thomson

Stephanie is a Psychologist who is passionate about working with both neurodivergent and neurotypical clients on better understanding their unique brains, values, and strengths so that they can thrive. She often sees clients for burn out, parenting support, and unmasking, but enjoys working with a range of other client experiences and needs. She also has extensive experience navigating the realm of NDIS. Stephanie is a step-mum of two who loves playing video games, learning languages, travelling, and expanding her already excessive collection of teas.

Deborah (Debbie) Lewis

Debbie is a counselling psychologist who takes a strength-based approach with her clients. She feels honoured to have the opportunity to work alongside individuals on their journey of exploration. She believes that the relationship formed between client and therapist can be powerful, healing, and transforming. Prior to becoming a psychologist, Debbie worked as a teacher, and then counsellor. Passionate about assisting individuals who have undergone historical sexual abuse, Debbie is now also studying law to further her understanding on the challenges faced by those seeking the justice system to assist them in their healing.
Debbie sees adult clients. Her specialities are exploring neurodivergent identity, trauma, and sexual assault.
Debbie works on Mondays.
Phillip Samuel
Psychologist and Psychotherapist
Phillip believes that a person’s internal world is able to be experienced in therapy through the building of rapport and trust. Using a caring and empathetic style, Phillip recognises how bringing past experiences to the surface to create an understanding of one’s reactions and thoughts, which in turn builds internal strength, can move toward resolving the past so one can move forward emotionally. He believes in supporting clients to make decisions consciously to enable greater empowerment and emotional choice.
Phillip sees adults. His areas of speciality include,
depression, anxiety, chronic health conditions, DID, trauma and grief.
Phillip works on Tuesdays.
Felix Castelan
Autistic and ADHD superstar
Felix is autistic and ADHD, and recently completed VCE at school. He is a skilled communicator who has lived experience as a neurodivergent student, and who began his advocay journey by being invited to speak to staff at his high school both when he was a student himself, and afterwards. He is passionate about helping teachers, aides, and parents see the world through the eyes of the students they support. His work at The Neurodiversity Clinic aims to foster environments and communities which leave kids feeling respected and supported rather than burdened and excluded because of who they are. Felix also currently runs his own business as a gardener, and he loves cooking, photography, and travelling on trains.
